Virtual
Centre of Excellence:
An
inter-institutional virtual centre of excellence for
cooperation in water resources titled “Water
for Welfare” has been established under the chairmanship
of the Director IIT Roorkee , Head AHEC as member
Secretary with its secretariat at AHEC. A sum of Rs One Crore has been released by the state
Government as a corpus.
