virtual Centre of Excellence named as “
“Virtual Centre of excellence for
Leveraging the Water Resources” in the form of
federation of existing institutions with its secretariat at
AHEC and Director, IITRoorkee as its Chairman. A website on
this initiative is available for the benefits to all the
stakeholders.
